ENSAMBLAJE
Las Mercedes Ensamblaje is our exploration of balance and complexity. We select in each vintage quarters and varieties that offer a distinctive element and blend them in the right proportions. The grapes for the Ensamblaje come from vineyards planted in granitic soils transported in a medium state of decomposition.
remix
Remix is a red blend made from "Mediterranean" grapes, which are perfectly adapted to the climate of the Maule Valley, being a great expression of the New Chile. The grapes for Remix come from vineyards planted on granite transported soils with low levels of decomposition. skin
Skin is a wine with character, a lot of character. The wine was fermented and then aged for 12 months, with their skins, in a clay amphora of 700 liters, which accentuates micro- oxygenation and complexity. It used native yeast, no additives, no finning, and left unfiltered. Skin has a great structure and a salty aftertaste.
